About the event

Yoga 4 LMTs was designed as a class that places the LMT's well being as a priority. By learning the fundamental principles of yoga and implementing them in your daily routine; you will be able to not only optimize your career but you will be able to give your clients a more balanced and efficient You. The class will cover a brief history of yoga, discuss pranayama and asana, as well as meditation. We will be sharing information about the chakra system as it pertains to the yogic practice and how you can utilize such information to replenish yourself; throughout your work day. We will take a break and then reconvene to discuss LMT injuries and LMT burnout. This will be held as an open forum and we will begin the "active" segment of the class. Here we will discuss and practice various yoga poses and techniques to facilitate the longevity of your well-being. Q and A will conclude the day.

Day opens and closes with a guided group meditation. No tables are needed. Please Bring a large towel and comfortable clothes.
